新疆雅克拉炭黑有限責任公司地處庫車縣雅克拉油氣田基地，距離縣城63公里。公司成立于2002年4月23日，前身是成立于1995年的原國有企業—新疆塔北炭黑有限責任公司，經過改制和多年擴建，現已發展成集炭黑生產、研發、尾氣發電、道路運輸和進出口業務為一體的化工企業，是庫車縣唯一一家外商獨資企業。
公司現有職工150人，其中各類工程技術人員占職工人數的60℅以上,擁有固定資產壹億捌仟萬元，包括十條先進的天然氣炭黑生產線、一個2×20t/h+2×3000kw/h尾氣發電廠、1座先進的物理化學分析室，年產值超2.0億元，利稅在3000萬以上。
公司始終立足于科技創新，多年來與中國炭黑橡膠研究院等科研院所建立了良好的產學研合作關系，與廈門大學化工學院建立了“聯合研發實驗室”，從而為公司的新產品開發和技術創新，起到了巨大的推動作用。當前公司可生產天然氣半補強炭黑、天然氣超純炭黑、C34炭黑、C3407炭黑、N770專用炭黑、N990熱裂法炭黑，能夠滿足不同客戶的需求。公司年產天然氣炭黑叁萬多噸，產品銷售遍布大江南北，質量技術水平處于同行業先進水平， 曾榮獲“全國質量信譽保障產品”、“新疆自治區新產品”等榮譽稱號。
